Abstract
Economic crime is a complex phenomenon that requires a comprehensive approach in its enforcement. This study analyzes legal certainty in the enforcement of economic crime laws through the perspectives of criminal law, business law, and constitutional law. The issue of legal certainty is a crucial issue considering the characteristics of economic crimes that are cross-sectoral and involve various legal instruments. The results of the study show that legal certainty in the enforcement of economic crime laws faces various challenges, including overlapping authority, regulatory inconsistencies, and evidentiary problems. The business law perspective shows the need for a balance between the protection of legitimate economic activity and the prevention of abuse. This study concludes that legal certainty in the enforcement of economic crime laws requires regulatory harmonization, institutional strengthening, and the development of legal doctrines that are responsive to contemporary economic dynamics.
