Abstract
In accordance with Article 1313 of the Civil Code, an agreement is an act whereby one or more persons bind themselves to one or more other persons. Agreements give the parties the freedom to make written agreements without any restrictions on what is to be agreed upon. Agreements involving third parties can create benefits by imposing costs on persons who are not parties to the agreement. The third party in the agreement must be a person who is not involved as a party or as a representative of one of the parties who has signed the contract. In civil law relations, particularly agreements, if a dispute arises between the parties, the dispute resolution can be carried out in two ways, namely dispute resolution outside of court and resolution through the courts
