Harmonizing and Synchronizing National Development Policy with Local Regulation in Local Autonomy Frame Problematics

Abstract

This research purposes are to examine about the Harmonizations Problematics and Synchronization Between National Development Policy with Local Regulation in Local Autonomy Frame. Local Autonomy uses Regional Authority in managing the region based on their own local condition, which are regulated in the regional regulation. However, the needs to harmonizes the investment regulation with the Job Creation Law’s enacment, creates problematics towards existed regional regulations like Regional Regulations about RT/RW and Living Environment. The issues discussed on this research is about How are the Problematics of Harmonization and Synchronization Between National Development Policy with Local Regulation in Local Autonomy Frame. This research uses normative method, approached with statute approach, and analyzed with analysis of content.
